As per a report by InsideSport, Chennai Super Kings' CEO has proclaimed MS Dhoni will remain their captain for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League. He had reprised the role midway through last season after Ravindra Jadeja had given up the duty to focus on his individual game.

As per TOI, Ravindra Jadeja has been out of touch with Chennai Super Kings since he left IPL 2022 midway due to a rib injury. The report further suggested that due to the reason, Jadeja is now expected to leave the franchise unless something miraculous happens in the next couple of months.

Liam Livingstone has expressed his joy over the performance in the IPL 2022 saying he finally succeeded in breaking the perception of being not a very good performer in IPL. Livingstone also added that the experience of playing in the IPL will help England players in the ODI World Cup next year.

Wriddhiman Saha has made a bold claim while speaking on Sports Tak recently, saying he would have got a place in the Indian squad for the England tour had it based on his IPL 2022's batting performances for Gujarat Titans. Saha, 37, has been informed that he might not get a national call-up anymore.
