Zimbabwe v India | Twitter reacts to mind-numbing cricket on display at Harare
India defeated Zimbabwe by 9 wickets in the first ODI at Harare on Saturday, in what was a perfect afternoon for cricket. Lamentably though, the cricket we were hoping for never arrived. We hope this collection of tweets from some extremely bored cricket fans will be more entertaining.
Another achievement for MS Dhoni. Fourth different player to captain the Indian side in their last four tours to Zimbabwe.
Dhoni playing in Zimbabwe after 11 years.

Three Indian players made their debut today.
The difference of 193 between MS Dhoni's match-tally and tally of all other 10 Indians is the HIGHEST ever for a team in a ODI.
— Rajneesh Gupta (@rgcricket)
It is applicable for Dhoni as well though....
"Guys, you may not play for a long time after this series, so give it your best shot" - Dhoni in the huddle

Even Ranji matches has more crowd...at times.
A quiet stadium isn't always a bad thing. Listening MSD over stump mic is fun.
— cricBC (@cricBC)
So generous of the BCCI...
Whenever Zimbabwe's economic condition goes down, they arrange a cricket series with India.

Meanwhile, at Sportscafe's office...
is so uninteresting, the marketing guy at my office looks like he wants to kill himself .No tweets for his reaction

We all have regrets..
Torn between washing machine installation and ODI, it was close but cricket is the ultimate winner.

DD's commentry made it worse just when it did not look like it could get any worse...
Dhoni's commentary behind the stumps is way better than DD commentary
— Asim V (@AsimKumarVerma)
Masochists...
Sixth wicket down, as the four people at the ground contemplate, "never again"
— Gaurav Sethi (@BoredCricket)
But it had competition...
If you think that is the most boring thing on TV right now, you're wrong, they are showing Shaandaar on UTV Movies.
— P*kch**p*k R*j* Babu (@HaramiParindey)
Eitherway, toss is irrelevant in this series...
India should bat first for the remaining ODIs to make atleast 1 inning interesting for the viewers.
— Devvrat Unadkat (@DevvratUnadkat)
Such an eloquent speaker behind the stumps...
"Bahut badhiya"
— cricBC (@cricBC)
"Ye accha hai"
"Shabaash"
They should have MSD cheering recorded and played during all tough exams
Keeping the broadcasters in mind...
Won't be easy but we gotta try our level best to take it to the 50th - Dhoni during innings break
— Gaurav Sethi (@BoredCricket)
Except for their parents maybe...just maybe..
Nair and KL Rahul have both for their first international runs. Trust us, no one is as excited as they are. No one.

Another reason why ODIs should be abolished to make way for more Test matches...
Indian batsmen are competing with the Sri Lankan batsmen to see who bats slower!

Meanwhile..
Well played half century on debut only 2nd indian batsman to do it after Robin Uthappa.
— Aman Kamboj (@BeingCriCrazy)
Only if Zimbabwe had enough runs on the board..
KL Rahul becomes the 13th Indian to score fifty on ODI debut. 11th Indian is on other end while 12th Indian might come next.
