Indian golfer becomes oldest to win an Asian Tour title

51-year-old professional golfer Mukesh Kumar has won the Panasonic Open in New Delhi on Sunday to become the oldest golfer to win an Asian Tour title. Mukesh hit 10-under 206 in the tournament which also featured Jyoti Randhawa and Rashid Khan, who shared the second position.

Mukesh, who has already won 123 PGTI titles, hit two-under 70 in the final round to lift the trophy, his first on the Asian tour, after the tournament was curtailed to 54 holes due to bad weather. Randhawa and Rashid, who finished second behind Mukesh, scored four-under 68 in the final round. Another Indian, Honey Baisoya, made his way to the top-5 of the leaderboard with a score of seven-under 209.
