    60'+17'

    India are through!

Sreejesh vents out as his gloves come flying. He is right now under a pile of bodies though as the team runs into the field.

Malaysia and Pakistan will face off in the next match. Will it be an India-Pakistan face-off? Looks unlikely given Pakistan's form, but we will have to wait for two hours to see.

  •
    60'+14'

    India 5 -4 Korea. Win!!!!!

Veteran Birender Lakra steps up. Stick-check by Korean keeper and India get a penalty stroke despite Lakra moving on to put it inside the net. Rupinder steps to the spot, and makes no mistake sending it to the right.

Korea up now. Sreejesh was just brilliant. He moves ahead and makes a flawless check to send the ball away. Redeems himself for that earlier error. India are ecstatic.

    60'+10'

    India 4-4 Korea

Akashdeep - lovely. The Korean keeper was absolutely out off his depth. He toys with the keeper before sending it in.

Sreejesh does it. He squats down to save attempt 1, attempt 2, and then sends 3 out of play. Korea appeal though. Sreejesh is confident.

It was a stick-check by Sreejesh, and Korea get a penalty stroke. Jihun Yang steps up and sends it into the middle.

  •
    60'+9'

    India 3-3 Korea

Penalty expert Rupinder does not disappoint. Very cool finish as he flicks the ball into the middle.

Lee Jungjun just sneaks it underneath Sreejesh.

  •
    60'+8'

    India 2 - 2 Korea

Ramandeep stops 4 yards away, moves with his back to the goal, and manages a reverse flick into the goal.

Kim Hyeongjin beats an onrushing Sreejsh and scores.

    60'+6'

    1. India 1-1 Korea

Sardar eases past the onrushing keeper by moving to his left, but seems to have slipped, takes his time and converts.

Sreejesh shadows Jung all the while, but the Korean manages to sneak the ball in.

    Shootouts

India have not lost a match to Korea in 3 years. The last time India played in a shootout was dramatic - after reaching the final of the Champions trophy, India lost a controversial shootout to Australia to settle for silver.

But they are favorites this time against this Korean team. Will Sreejesh hold on this time?

  •
    60'

One last chance for North Korea. They surge forward, but India manage to curb the attack and send the match into shootout.

    60'

    Misss!!!

Akashdeep runs down the middle, passes an interception and still keeps going before passing to Nikkin inside the D. But Nikkin's turnaround host misses the goal.

  •
    58'

India refer looking for a corner. But Korea have opposed it saying the ball was a dangerous hit. The video referee is taking a long while. This is tricky, but finally they refuse the penalty as they deem that it was hit high.

  •
    57'

3 minutes remain. India look to get to that winner anytime soon. Come on!

  •
    55'

    Goalll!!!

    India equalize just like that.

Rupinder's corner is saved by the Korean goalie.Ramandeep looks to pounce on the rebound only to reach a second late.

India, however, regroup and Sardar Singh runs down the touchline and plays it to Ramandeep who takes on three defenders and sends a diving shot into the goal.

    2-2

    Disaster

How lucky was Korea there! They receive a penalty stroke on appeal.

Yang steps up to the spot, but he mishits his shot. But that was so unlucky for Sreejesh.

The Indian skipper who had gone in the right direction did not anticipate that mishit and could do nothing about the ball slowly rolling beneath his right leg.

    Very lucky for Korea!
