In cricket, a few individuals are not just entertainers in their respective departments but also bring an amusement factor with their aura. Indian stalwart Virat Kohli was no different in this case as his dancing moves following Shakib Al Hasan’s unlucky dismissal made the fans juvenile.

In reply to India’s 376 in the first innings, Bangladesh failed to get a proper start, courtesy of a viscous pace bowling by the triumvirate of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Akash Deep. Resuming from 26/3 after Lunch, the visitors’ injury deepened as Siraj and Bumrah removed Najmul Hossain Shanto and Mushfiqur Rahim in quick succession. While Litton Das and Shakib Al Hasan tried to revive them with a fifty-plus stand, the introduction of Ravindra Jadeja led to both batters' downfall with the all-rounder getting out in an unlucky fashion.

A well-settled Shakib intended to surprise the on-air commentators and the Bangladeshi fans with a reverse sweep on the third ball of the 31st over when Jadeja bowled a fuller one at the stumps. The southpaw failed to connect the ball with the middle of the bat but ended up with an inside edge back to the boot and ricocheted towards Rishabh Pant sprinting towards it. While the onfield umpire Richard Kettleborough signaled it not out, Rohit Sharma’s decision to review paid dividends. The TV umpire could vividly spot that it wasn’t a bump ball and that the white rock struck the shoe of Shakib before rebounding towards the gloveman.

A shrewd review from Rohit got all the applause while Kohli was seen enjoying his time with dance moves, making the Twitterverse elated.
