As far as expression and celebration go, Bangladesh have made the world sit up and take notice with some interesting ones of their own. Today, Sabbir Rahman decided to pull off the Virat Kohli celebration after completing his century as he mimicked “'I'll let my bat do the talking” celebration.

Kohli’s cult status is so huge at the moment that whatever he does on the field instantly makes way for social media memes and entertainment portal’s ever-growing demands. Also, the superstar of Indian cricket is so consistent in the cricket field that he has often left the cricketing connoisseurs awestruck and made his fellow Indian cricketers pick up nitty-gritty of his actions on and off the field. Now, it seems the infectious activities have crossed the border and robbed onto the Bangladeshi players.

In the third ODI encounter between New Zealand and Bangladesh at the University Oval in Dunedin, Sabbir Rahman, who had made his international comeback in the first ODI after serving a ban for five months after the BCB's disciplinary committee found him guilty of abusing a fan on Facebook back in August 2018, played an innings of highest class and immaculate maturity. A lot of water had flown under the bridge in the period he was absent from international cricket, but Rahman was ready to shed all the baggage and become a better player than before.

On the fourth ball of the 46th over, needing one run to complete his first international century, Rahman pulled a Tim Southee delivery to deep square and just after completing the run, he jumped high in the air and pumped his fist in delight. His partner at the other end, Mehidy Hasan embraced him before an emotional Rahman, who was the subject of a lot of criticism and social media trolls, broke free of it to mimic Virat Kohl’s “'I'll let my bat do the talking' celebration that the Indian skipper had pulled off in Perth after completing the century.
