Aakash Chopra uses Twitter to troll Dean Jones over DRS-gate
Aakash Chopra took a dig at Dean Jones over the recent DRS controversy that saw Steve Smith ask for help from the dressing room during the second Test between India and Australia at Bengaluru. While tweeting about predictions, Chopra picked the opportune moment to remind the Aussie of DRS-gate.
It started with a fan asking Aakash Chopra for his prediction for the third Test in Ranchi, which is scheduled to start on March 16. The former Indian international dragged Dean Jones into the conversation and asked for his thoughts after stating that he was expecting a win for India. The Australian, though had a completely different take on the issue stating that the Indian team and media were spooked by the performance of the visitors so far followed by the hashtags “#beafriad” and “#wearecoming”.
India Wins 😊 , any thoughts on this on this one?

Already you guys are a little spooked! The team and the Indian media reactions in the last Test show it!
— Dean Jones (@ProfDeano)
However, it was the Indian who came back with a quick tweet asking the Aussie if he could seek some help "from the dressing room" to review the tweet.
Can I ask for some help from the dressing room to review this one please? 😂🙊🙈

But, the duo
Happy Holi to all my Indian friends. Have a great time & don't use too much green and gold colours as it might not come off!😆
— Dean Jones (@ProfDeano)
The Indian quipped back saying that he was not using colors but flowers this season that would be used to create a garland for the Indian team's victory.
Ha ha 😊 my daughter has ensured that we use only flowers for Holi...later the same can be used as a garland to celebrate an Indian win 😜
— Aakash Chopra (@cricketaakash)
However, that was still not the end of the conversation as Dean said that garlands were meant for horses while they (Australia) won cups to which Chopra replied that in India garlands were meant for Gods while cups were used for tea and coffee.
Garlands are for horses winning a show.. we win cups! 🌹🌹🌹🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆😜😜😜😜😜
— Dean Jones (@ProfDeano)
In India, garlands are for the Gods... or to celebrate victories. Cups are for tea and coffee 😜😉
