People just can't let it go, can they?
Pant being a terrible example for the youngsters out there. Should have warned Watson once before attempting to stump him...
— Arjun (@_WellOfCourse)
WATTO WAS ON LINE. IN SPIRIT OF CRICKET, BATSMEN SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN GIVEN OUT. PANT YOU TERRORIST! /s
— cricBC (@cricBC)
That is uncalled from Delhi Capitals! How could they?
All round disgraceful behavior by the Delhi team.
— if Shrikant,who can? (@HomerOpines)
Mishra, for bowling the ball out of Watson’s reach, Pant for stumping without so much as a warning, Iyer for not recalling Watson.
What shall we tell the kids??
The prince that was promised!
Audacity of Pant is something else. Perhaps the only Indian player that comes close is Dhoni in his youth.

What a turn around! From the ODI series to this!
May not have survived for long in the middle, but definitely has done a good job with keeping.
— Silly Point (@FarziCricketer)
But that was a bad comparison! Pant has a long way to reach Dhoni's level!
I know it's unfair to compare young Pant with the experienced Dhoni, but the quality gap seems too wide. At this point in time, Pant seems AT LEAST 1 SECOND slower than Dhoni in the process of 'Collecting the ball from the fielder/bowler & knocking the bails down'. THAT'S HUGE!

Brilliant way to silence haters!
Pant is starting to have a fantastic season as keeper. What a player. Shutting them out in no time.

When your dream comes true...
Rishabh Pant is grinning at MSD like a boy who is standing behind his hero.
— Samar S. Sheikhawat (@SSSheikhawat)
Rishabh Pant watching Dhoni and smiling 😂😍
— Happy🇮🇳 (@Cricketician_)
Teacher & student relation ...!
Twitter will crash when this happens!
