Sachin Tendulkar's son, Arjun Tendulkar, has been named in the U-19 squad for the JY Lele All India U-19 Invitational One Day Tournament that will be held in Baroda, DNA reported. Unlike Sachin, the 17-year-old, who has already represented Mumbai at the U-14 and U-16 level, is a fast bowler.

Tendulkar Jr. was in the news recently after one of his yorkers left England international Jonny Bairstow on the floor. The youngster was bowling to the Englishman in the nets before the European's series against South Africa when he left the England wicketkeeper in pain.

Before that the 17-year-old made headlines when he was seen, again in the nets, getting the Indian women's cricket team ready for the final. He was seen bowling to Veda Krishnamurthy in a bid to prepare the player for the English bowlers in the final.

The JY Lele All India Under-19 tournament begins, in Baroda, on September 16 and will conclude on September 23.

Mumbai under-19 squad:

Agni Chopra, Divyansh Saxena, Bhupen Lalwani, Anjdeep Lad, Sagar Chabaria, Shoeb Khan, Satyalaksha Jain, Vedant Murkar, Dhruv Brid, Tanush Kotian, Nakul Mehta, Farhan Kazi, Atharva Ankolekar, Abhimanyu Vashisht, Arjun Tendulkar, Saksham Parashar, Saksham Jha, Sylvester Dsouza
