Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez has named arch-rival and Indian skipper Virat Kohli as the best batsman of the current generation during an interaction with his fans on Twitter. Hafeez, 36, is one of the Pakistan’s most experienced players having played 50 Tests, 190 ODIs, and 78 T20Is so far.

Earlier this year, Pakistani pacer Mohammad Amir had named Virat Kohli as the best batsman in the world at the moment and now Aamir’s compatriot, Hafeez has done an encore. The all-rounder decided to have Twitter session wherein he invited his fans and followers to ask him questions with hashtag #AskMH.

While a number of questions were put forward by Hafeez’s followers asking him about his favorite food and his favorite cricket ground, the one question that stood out was:

However, Hafeez was honest in his response, as he said

Incidentally, Hafeez hasn’t played an ODI since the ICC Champions Trophy final against the Kohli led Indian where his knock of 57 from 47 balls helped Pakistan stun the Men in Blue by a huge margin of 180 runs and secure their first ever Champions Trophy title.
