Shiva Thapa and Salman Sheikh pave their way into quarter-finals of Ulaanbaatar Cup

Shiva Thapa overthrew Oyunbileg Munkhsaikhan to establish his victory over the local player. Three times Asian medalist, Shiva would be encountering Kyrgyzstan's Ravshanbek in the next round.

Salman, on the other hand, easily brushed aside Korean Young Single Bae to land in the quarter-finals of the tournament. Further in it, Salman will be facing Gankhuyag Gan-Erdene who is a local.

During the match, Shiva had a firm watertight guard over his opponent and he approached his opponent in a moderate temperament. The last three minutes pushed him to completely dominate his opponent with full aggression. Salman was continuously overpowering his opponent with his constant aggression throughout the game.
